A THOUGHT LEADERSHIP TEAM PROVIDING DESIGN, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND EDITORIAL INSIGHT ACROSS PRIVATE AVIATION.

Head of Photography
Angus Haywood is an accomplished photographer whose work reflects a pilot’s precision combined with an artist’s vision. A former airline captain with over a decade’s experience flying across Europe and the Middle East, he brings deep insight into the private flight environment. Working primarily in black and white film since the 1980s, Angus explores themes of speed, movement and landscape through long exposures and meticulously composed frames. His photography demonstrates a keen sensitivity to time, rhythm and spatial awareness shaped by years both in the cockpit and behind the lens. Exhibited in Europe and featured in publications such as PhotoKlassik, his work brings clarity, atmosphere and refined visual direction to private aviation. Angus consistently shapes how flight is seen, felt and understood, offering a distinct visual language for the sector.

Design Contributor
Vojtek Morsztyn is a multi-award-winning designer whose work spans private aviation, yachting, product design and landmark architecture. Based in London, he combines traditional design expertise with innovative AI approaches, continuously pushing creative boundaries in multiple disciplines. A graduate of the Royal College of Art and the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Vojtek has led projects for private jets, helicopters, yachts and was Lead Interior Designer for the Mercury Tower with Zaha Hadid Architects. His clients include Qatar Airways, Google and other major names. Recognised by awards such as Red Dot and iF Design Talent, his work explores how technology, material and form influence identity and user experience. Vojtek brings sharp creative direction and analytical clarity to private aviation, defining a refined visual language for the future of flight.

Editorial Leadership
With over a decade of expertise in design, luxury and private aviation, the editorial leadership draws on a deep understanding shaped by study of the Bauhaus movement in London and Berlin—celebrated for its fusion of function, art and technology. Early roles included overseeing visual direction for a historic 19th-century fashion house on Savile Row and contributing to two Victoria and Albert Museum publications on 20th-century design. Experience spans luxury yacht design, Formula 1 advisory, and extensive consulting across private aviation. The team has curated interiors for two private jet terminals, introduced luxury lifestyle offerings to four fixed-base operators across three European countries and the UK, and supplied bespoke amenity products to multiple UK FBOs. Represented by a London literary agent, this expertise informs the editorial vision, where service, space and storytelling define the future of business aviation.
BENCHMARKING [EDITORIAL & DESIGN]
2015
XJET LONDON STANSTED
The design and curation of an immersive gallery experience for XJET at London Stansted involved understanding spatial flow and passenger footfall, and producing a space that harmonised with the interior, supported the passenger journey, and reinforced brand identity across the executive lounge, bar and concierge.
2016
LONDON OXFORD AIRPORT
At London Oxford Airport, we curated multiple rooms within a single-storey space, creating a relaxed yet efficient environment. As a gateway to the Cotswolds and a key transport hub for Formula 1 events at Silverstone, the design balanced calm hospitality with seamless service to support a variety of passenger journeys.
2020
LDN SOUTHEND JET CENTRE
We advised on luxury retail by observing passenger behaviour, dwell times and the nuances of exclusivity, always prioritising discretion and privacy. For over ten years, we considered the flow of the space, travel patterns and seasonal changes, creating retail environments that harmonise sophistication with comfort and enhance the overall passenger experience.
