16. Digital Phonebook and Print Publication Terms
The digital phonebook on PrivateAviation.online contains pre-populated FBO data drawn from publicly available sources.
Claiming and verifying a listing is entirely optional. FBOs who wish to verify their listing must complete the verification process and pay a nominal annual fee, which may be cancelled at any time.
Completion of the verification process, followed by payment, is essential to enable accurate and confident inclusion of contact details in both the digital phonebook and the print edition.
Verified FBOs will be able to:
– Upload a logo or photograph (images will not appear in the print edition)
– Edit service descriptions and add website or social media links
Verified details, excluding images, will be considered for complimentary inclusion in the private aviation index within Private Aviation | In Print ©, subject to editorial approval and print scheduling.
There is no guarantee that the print edition will be published, as this is dependent on external production factors.
To qualify for print inclusion, verification and payment must be completed by 15 July 2026. Verified digital listings remain online indefinitely, regardless of print status.
Where significant errors are identified in preloaded data, minor factual corrections will be made upon notification. Substantial amendments require completion of the verification process.
